BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven Human Resources Specialist (6-months Contract) to join our dynamic team here in Singapore.

The HR Specialist will be assisting the HR Operations team with daily operational processes and enhancement of the HR system, covering Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam. This role offers exposure to both HR Operations and Project Management, providing hands-on experience in end-to-end HR processes across a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations

  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration, including liaising of work passes applications and renewals, enrolment of insurance and creation of employee records.
  • Assist in employee life-cycle processes, such as employee records updates, certification letter, preparation of Incentive Plan letters, renewal of insurance plans.
  • Compile and prepare data for HR reports (Annual reporting, Mercer / Comptify, MOM survey, headcount reporting) as required.
  • Provide day-to-day support in HR administration and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Payroll processing:

  • Provide headcount for computation of sales commission.
  • Maintain payroll data across systems to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Support end-to-end monthly payroll processes to ensure timely payments.

Project Management

  • Participate in HR system implementation and enhancement, including coming up with new workflow for onboarding of new hires using HR systems.
  • Support system integration activities, such as integration of attendance and leave data to payroll system for seamless payroll processing and reporting accuracy.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation of test results, and coordination of issues resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and process documentation to facilitate system rollout and end-ser adoption.

PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in English, good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team, self-organized, disciplined and hands-on
  • High level of professionalism and attention to details

Key Interactions (Internal & External):

  • Internal: Regional team, HR team, Retail Store employees
  • External: Vendors and system implementation partners

Required Competencies/ Traits required for the role

  • Good interpersonal skills and communicate with all levels in the organization and stakeholders in both verbal and written English.
  • Possess strong sense of business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, strong analytical and problem-solving skill
