We are partnering with a highly respected not-for-profit professional services organisation with a strong global presence. They are seeking a meticulous and reliable HR Operations Specialist/Associate (circa SGD$60k annual base) to join their lean and efficient HR team in Singapore.
This is a foundational backbone role ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who takes genuine pride in delivering accurate, consistent and seamless HR administration. As the sole HR operations professional for the Singapore workforce, you will have full ownership for keeping processes smooth and compliant.
The Role
- End-to-End HR Administration: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, work visa management, employee records management, and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Benefits & Leave Administration: Oversee staff benefits, insurance schemes, leave management, and related processes with strong attention to detail.
- Employee Engagement & Communication: Support the HR team in planning and executing local employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
- HRIS & Data Management: Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure personnel files are always up-to-date, audit-ready, and fully compliant.
- Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, payroll-related matters, and general HR support.
The Ideal Profile
- Demonstrated stability and a preference for long-term ownership of the HR operations space.
- High level of maturity, emotional intelligence, and discretion — essential for handling sensitive and confidential HR matters.
- Strong attention to detail; you take pride in minimising errors in contracts, benefits, or documentation.
- Solid experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Generalist roles.
