This is an individual contributor role. The candidate will be reporting to the Regional HR Manager. He/ she covers 3 main areas: annual regional projects roll out, business specific project management and targeted HR operations work.
The key focus areas shall be:
- Support the regional and country teams to roll out initiatives and interventions regionally in line with business strategies. Programs include the 360 Feedback Survey, Employee Engagement Survey etc.
- Support to Regional HR Manager in designing and executing regional priorities across 12 countries
- Front end and lead the multi country coordination on policies, practices and execution plans
- Represent International operations to Corporate Headquarters as a liaison for all projects
- Managing HR Calendar and supporting leadership in co-creating and implementation of projects on HR Transformation and Change Management
Support regional talent review exercises for senior leadership and high-potential employees..
