Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and preparation of employment offers
Liaise with recruitment agencies for hiring support where required
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and onboarding documentation
Ensure recruitment documentation and processes comply with internal policies and employment regulations
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including contracts, personal data, leave and disciplinary documentation
Support payroll inputs, leave administration and attendance tracking
Manage employee lifecycle processes such as confirmations, transfers, renewals and resignations
Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and management review
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related enquiries
Support disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies
Assist in promoting a fair, respectful and positive workplace culture
Compliance & Audits
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and internal HR policies
Support internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining proper documentation
Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
HR Projects & Process Improvements
Support HR initiatives such as digitalisation, training programmes, safety or wellbeing activities
Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 1-3 years of HR experience experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous
Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
