Job Description

Job Highlights:

  • Up to $3,500

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

  • Working Hours:

    • Mon-Thu: 8:45am - 5:45pm

    • Fri: 8:45am - 5:15pm

  • Location: Gul Circle

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and preparation of employment offers

  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for hiring support where required

  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and onboarding documentation

  • Ensure recruitment documentation and processes comply with internal policies and employment regulations

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including contracts, personal data, leave and disciplinary documentation

  • Support payroll inputs, leave administration and attendance tracking

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes such as confirmations, transfers, renewals and resignations

  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and management review

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related enquiries

  • Support disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies

  • Assist in promoting a fair, respectful and positive workplace culture

Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and internal HR policies

  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining proper documentation

  • Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures

HR Projects & Process Improvements

  • Support HR initiatives such as digitalisation, training programmes, safety or wellbeing activities

  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline

  • At least 1-3 years of HR experience experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous

  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
