Human Resources Officer
Location: Gul Circle
Working hrs: Mon to Fri - 8.45am to 5.45pm
Salary: $3000 to $3500
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offers
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for contract and foreign workers
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and onboarding documents
- Ensure reference checks and recruitment compliance are met
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, personal data, leave, disciplinary cases)
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, renewals, and resignations
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and management
Employee Relations & Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries
- Support disciplinary processes in line with company policy
- Assist in fostering a fair, respectful, and positive workplace culture
Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies
- Support audits (e.g. SEDEX, ISO, customer audits) with proper documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and improvements
HR Projects & Improvement
- Support HR initiatives such as digitalisation, training programs, safety or wellbeing activities
- Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and compliance
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred
- Able to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
