What you'll take charge of

Keep Singapore steady and compliant

  • Keep our policies, contracts and employee handbook clear and up to date.

Run HR operations with discipline and care

  • Make sure every new hire starts right and every departure is handled professionally.

Be the person employees and managers turn to

  • Lead employee relations matters with fairness and sound judgment.
  • Escalate only high-risk or sensitive cases; own day-to-day decisions confidently.

Shape culture and how people feel at work

  • Drive engagement and communication efforts that help people feel supported and connected.
  • Reinforce the culture we want while keeping things grounded in the Singapore context.

Support global HR initiatives

  • Take a leading role in implementing HR systems and performance processes in Singapore, building the foundation for future cross-country alignment.
  • Bring Singapore insights early to ensure global processes are practical and effective on the ground.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 57 years of HR experience, with deep knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience as an HR business partner or country-level HR lead in environments that value cost discipline and operational clarity.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse groups operators, engineers, corporate teams and help them work well together.
  • Hands-on experience improving processes, implementing HR systems and reducing unnecessary manual work.
  • Strong communication skills, practical problem-solving, and the confidence to advise managers at eye level.
