Human Resources Manager

We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team!

As a key member of our HR department, you'll provide exceptional employee relations services, develop and implement HR strategies, and drive succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-class employee relations services to deliver an excellent staff experience

- Assist the General Manager with HR strategy development and implementation

- Manage succession planning with senior managers during bi-annual appraisals

- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievances, and capability

- Ensure recruitment and selection processes are adhered to, including immigration checks

- Facilitate departmental training requirements

- Prepare management reports for head office and region

- Control costs and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets

- Manage pay reviews, absence monitoring, and wage queries

- Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation

- Collaborate with local organizations and schools to promote the hospitality industry

What we need from you:

- Minimum 5 years experiences in manager position from any international hotels chain

- Positive attitude with excellent communication and people skills

- Committed to delivering high-level customer service

- Flexible and able to work under pressure

- Ability to work independently and in teams
