Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to build a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture. As we continue to grow in Singapore, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human capital strategy, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent in line with company objectives.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions and aligning them with the company's vision for growth. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and a passion for fostering a positive and engaged workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance with Singapore Employment Laws: Ensure full compliance with the Employment Act, CPF regulations, MOM guidelines, and other relevant local statutory requirements.
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job descriptions, talent sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires and manage offboarding processes in line with company policies.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers on workplace issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensure employees have clear goals and objectives, and provide support to managers on performance feedback and management.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, bonus structures, and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local laws.
  • Training & Development: Identify employee development needs and implement learning initiatives to upskill employees. Promote and support initiatives under Singapore's SkillsFuture and WSQ frameworks.
  • HR Policies & Documentation: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that are aligned with local laws and company values.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, MOM regulations, and other local labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required.
