This is a newly created headcount as part of their continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations across Singapore and selected regional entities
- Partner closely with senior management on organisational structure, manpower planning, and people strategy
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of HR frameworks, policies, and governance standards
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisal frameworks, goal setting, and employee development plans
- Champion employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a strong, collaborative, and high-performing culture
- Review and enhance compensation structures, incentive schemes, and benefits to ensure market competitiveness
- Oversee payroll processes end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements
- Lead training and development initiatives, including optimisation of available grants and funding schemes
- Ensure full compliance with local labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR governance standards
- Provide hands-on HR advisory across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, work pass matters, and offboarding
Requirements
- 6+ years of HR experience, with prior experience in a managerial or lead capacity
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employment legislation, and compliance in Singapore
- Experience in consumer-driven industries such as lifestyle, hospitality, retail, or F&B is advantageous
- Proven experience managing payroll and HR systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
