About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing, consumer-facing lifestyle business with a strong footprint in Singapore and an expanding regional presence. Known for its dynamic and high-energy environment, the organisation is at an exciting stage of growth and continues to invest in strengthening its people and operational capabilities.

This is a newly created headcount as part of their continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations across Singapore and selected regional entities
  • Partner closely with senior management on organisational structure, manpower planning, and people strategy
  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of HR frameworks, policies, and governance standards
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisal frameworks, goal setting, and employee development plans
  • Champion employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a strong, collaborative, and high-performing culture
  • Review and enhance compensation structures, incentive schemes, and benefits to ensure market competitiveness
  • Oversee payroll processes end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Lead training and development initiatives, including optimisation of available grants and funding schemes
  • Ensure full compliance with local labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR governance standards
  • Provide hands-on HR advisory across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, work pass matters, and offboarding


Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR experience, with prior experience in a managerial or lead capacity
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employment legislation, and compliance in Singapore
  • Experience in consumer-driven industries such as lifestyle, hospitality, retail, or F&B is advantageous
  • Proven experience managing payroll and HR systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
