Position Summary

A locally owned multinational company in the supply chain and logistics industry is seeking an experienced Global HR Manager / HR Business Partner to support its growing regional operations.

This role is responsible for executing the Group's HR strategies and ensuring effective day-to-day HR operations within the assigned country or region. With a strong focus on operational excellence, policy implementation, employee lifecycle management, and compliance, the HR Manager partners closely with business leaders to deliver workforce objectives aligned with management direction. Working in close collaboration with the Global HR Director and regional stakeholders, this role ensures consistent execution of HR policies, governance standards, and people initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Execute day-to-day HR operational and administrative matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employment documentation and system updates.
  • Maintain employee records, ensure HR systems data integrity, and uphold proper documentation standards.
  • Administer and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with Group standards and local legal requirements.
  • Ensure HR policies remain compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee Group level HR operations to ensure efficient onboarding processes, compliance management, and general HR administration.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, grievances, and workplace issues for Singapore and assigned regions.
  • Support audits, documentation reviews, and compliance reporting as required.
  • Prepare regular HR reports, workforce metrics, and dashboards to support management review and decision-making.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, tools, and operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field (IHRP-CP/SP certifications preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a regional/global leadership or HRBP role.
  • Proven expertise in full spectrum of HR Management including Global Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and HR Business Partnering
  • Strong knowledge of HR policy development, compliance, and harmonization across geographies.
  • Track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive people strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
