Charterhouse, Singapore are supporting a European MNC in their search for their new HR Manager to lead the HR across strategy and operations and manage the HR team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will require this HR Manager to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the regional HR strategy and ensure that this aligns with the overall organizational goals and objectives which includes overseeing a blue and white collar workforce
- Overhaul and make improvements to HR processes and policies
- Manage performance and improvement and drive productivity to align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and regional law and legislation to minimize regulatory and operational risks for the blue and white collar workforce
- Managing regulatory and operational risks by conducting HR audits to enforce policies and compliance
- Lead and manage engagement and retention strategies for Singapore and the region
- Oversee talent management and succession planning to improve retention and company culture.
- Oversee all employee relations matters
- Provide support and guidance to senior leadership and key stakeholders as needed
Attributes
- Degree qualification preferred
- Around 10 years of progressive end to end HR exposure within an MNC environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills with good influencing skills
