Perform full recruitment process, from posting of advertisements to securing job offers, onboarding and retention, termination, compensation and benefits, employment contract matters, work pass processes and employee relations/welfare.
Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process.
Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, government grants.
Maintain HR database.
Other ad hoc miscellaneous assigned by superior.
