Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, and HR projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to learning and culture, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and HR analytics within a regulated fintech environment.

This is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

1.Learning & Culture Intern Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and promotion of company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement programs and internal events.
  • Provide support for new hire onboarding and related training programs.
  • Assist with training logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up communications.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Assist with onboarding documentation and new joiner coordination.
  • Prepare HR letters (internship letters, employment letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Support payroll data consolidation (e.g., leave records, claims, attendance).
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation in line with internal controls.

3. HR Projects & Analytics

  • Support HR data tracking (headcount reports, hiring metrics, turnover data).
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Participate in HR process improvement projects.
  • Support policy updates and HR handbook documentation where required.

4. General Support

  • Assist with employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation discipline.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
