Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, editing and optimizing job descriptions for all open positions, collaborate with internal departments to clarify and match recruitment needs.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment administrative work, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication and follow-up. Maintain recruitment databases and spreadsheets with accurate and updated data.
  • Assist in daily HR SSC operations, support employee lifecycle management including onboarding, transfer, adjustment and offboarding. Manage employee documents, update system information and ensure full process closure.
  • Collect, verify, sort and summarize regular HR data, track data submission progress, and assist in preparing weekly meeting materials and basic HR reports.
  • Support the company's employee referral program (Talent Referral Initiative), including data sorting, progress tracking, information verification, referral reward statistics and routine issue handling.
  • Maintain employee information and various HR ledgers, conduct regular data checks to ensure consistency between system records and actual employee information.
  • Respond to basic employee HR inquiries and assist the team with ad-hoc HR projects and daily operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business Administration or other business-related majors is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Google Sheets with basic data sorting and processing capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, patient and highly responsible; sensitive to data accuracy and work deadlines.
  • Possess good communication skills, strong execution and proactive working attitude, able to follow up tasks independently and ensure work closure.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently, rigorous and efficient in daily work.
  • Able to intern for no less than 6 months with 4-5 working days per week is preferred. Relevant HR internship experience is a plus.
