About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job ads on various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate online/offline assessments
- Help with campus recruitment events, career fairs, employer branding campaigns
- Create simple social media or marketing materials (if needed)
- Help the TA team with ad-hoc projects (market mapping, talent research, data cleaning, etc.)
- Support TA-related improvement projects (automation, templates, process enhancement).
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of initiative.
