ROLE BACKGROUND:

We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented HR Intern to support our HR functions. This is a full-time internship position designed to provide young talents with exposure within the industry and for interested students to apply their education in a practical setting and grow in a collaborative environment.

This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience while working alongside industry professionals. As an intern, you will have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects, enhance your knowledge, and build connections that can shape your career.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Training Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end training administration, including consolidating training needs, sourcing suitable programmes within budget, managing registrations and vendor liaison, tracking attendance/completions, and supporting all training logistics.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain and update various Excel trackers related to employee data, training records, and HR reporting metrics.
  • Content Updating & Documentation: Revamp and update onboarding and training decks, as well as enhance HR communication materials and templates.
  • General HR Support: Assist in ad-hoc HR tasks as required and participate in HR projects and initiatives during the internship period.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working with Excel (e.g., basic formulas, filtering, data entry).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
