Human Resources Intern (July - Dec 2026)

As an HR intern, you would gain knowledge in a multitude of HR responsibilities by having the opportunity to lead/co-lead certain projects. You will partner closely HR members to have an overview of the business and drive process improvement initiatives. You will also gain exposure to collaborating cross-functionally in an exciting and fast-paced environment of the beauty industry.

You will be involved in several key projects in the span of your internship period which will provide exposure to different areas of HR responsibilities.

HR Operations

• Support the team in the daily execution and administration of HR initiatives and processes i.e. maintain employee records, preparation of letters, work passes application etc.
• Assist in payroll operations and monthly payroll processing
• Collate and maintain HR database with accuracy

Talent Acquisition

• Provide support on Talent Acquisition & Hiring process for frontliners e.g. job posting, contract management, onboarding and pre-onboarding

Employee Engagement

• Support HR initiatives and team bonding events to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing
• Assist with planning and executing engagement activities

Learning & Development

• Support the coordination and administration of training activities

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title HR Intern.

YOU HAVE:

• Business qualification
• No particular experience required but generally eager to learn and discover a fast-paced business in a multi-cultural and dynamic international company
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Power Point knowledge
• Eager to learn from experienced professionals (hard and soft skills)
• High degree of responsibility, integrity and attentive to details.
• Investigative nature.
• People and, Communication skills with an ability to adapt to different personalities
• Effective time management & prioritization skills
• Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
