Job Description
- Support the HR team in all HR operational and administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement
- Provide support in recruitment activities by promoting open positions through job portals and conduct pre-screening of applicants
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for new employees
- Assist in HR Project (Data Migration to new HRIS system)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
