We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Intern to support Project Management Office (PMO) activities across multiple engagements while assisting with core HR and office coordination initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, project tracking, and employee experience programs, including onboarding, CSR activities, and employer branding efforts.

Job responsibilities

PMO & Project Coordination

• Assist in tracking and managing HR-related projects across various teams and engagements
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Coordinate various initiatives, including planning events and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Onboarding, Employer Branding and Corporate Social Responsibility.
  
  

HR Administration & Policies

• Review of handbook and policies (including but not limited to employee benefits, staff welfare and workflows surrounding employee lifecycle.
• To support in the preparation, coordination, or consolidation of human resources related reports, projects, or initiatives.
  
  

Profile

The intern must be an independent individual who is detailed oriented and meticulous, highly adaptable, and flexible to accept new ideas, people, and procedures. An organized individual with the ability to perform under pressure & tight deadlines and deal with ambiguity with a can-do attitude.

• Start Date: Internship starting in January - June 2027 for 6 months.
