About the Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to support the HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to employer branding, and HR operations, while fostering professional growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

HR Administration

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR letters and maintain personnel records.
  • Help administer employee insurance enrolment/deletion.
  • Learn and support use of Infotech HR software.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate internal training sessions and track attendance.
  • Collect and manage training feedback and evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate L&D records and help identify external learning opportunities.

Employee Engagement

  • Help plan team bonding and recognition activities.
  • Support internal employee programs and engagement surveys.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting the effectiveness of engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to start January/February
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
  • Resourceful, resilient and curious.
