Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The HR Coordinator will handle various functions within Human Resources, including facilitating employee relations, managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and maintaining HR records. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting HR operations, assisting with onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related queries. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources operations
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Employee Relations practices
  • Understanding and application of HR Policies and labor law compliance
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is a plus
