We are seeking a part-time Human Resources (HR) Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day HR tasks, which include supporting HR management processes, administering employee benefits, maintaining compliance with HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. This position allows for a combination of in-office work and remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring engagement with the team and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance regulations
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
