Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an HR Coordinator based in Singapore, with flexibility to occasionally work from home. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting benefits administration, driving employee relations initiatives, implementing HR policies, and coordinating various HR projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and their practical implementation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Singapore
  • Relevant experience or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
