Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR team in managing employee relations, overseeing benefits administration, implementing HR policies, and assisting in HR management tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational HR standards. The HR Coordinator will also contribute to creating a positive workplace culture and effective communication across teams.
