Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator based in Singapore, allowing a mix of in-office and remote work. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for key HR activities, including managing HR policies, supporting employee relations, administering benefits, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Additionally, this role involves assisting in the onboarding process, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR needs to ensure compliance and enhance employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, and maintaining positive workplace culture
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and applying HR Policies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with HR software and Singapore employment laws is a plus
