Job Summary:
The HR Generalist (HRG) position will serve as a primary point of contact for managing and coordinating HR processes related to manpower resources management, in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations and effectively delivering maximum value to the organization. This role ensures compliance with company policies and client requirements, maintains accurate documentation, and acts as a liaison between the organization and recruitment partners.
Responsibilities:
a) Resource Management
- Act as a central coordinator for subcontractors allocation across projects based on business needs
- Engage and communicate actively with Recruitment Partners regarding subcontractor matters and requests
- Manage subcontractors onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with Recruitment Partners to ensure subcontractors files are complete, accurate and audit-ready
- Track and manage contract start/end dates, extensions, and renewal requirements
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and client requirements
- Prepare reports for analysis and audit purposes
- Manage Recruitment Partners performance to ensure quality deliverables based on business requirements
- Maintain good relationships with Recruitment Partners, Key Stakeholders and Internal teams
b) HR Administrative Support
- Provide primary support for employees (including internship) pre-onboarding preparations to offboarding
- Manage and issuance of employees staff pass, and proper inventory recorded
c) Other Responsibilities
- Provide support on Human Resources (HR) projects and initiatives
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations including ISO Audits compliance
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree or similar work experience required
- Relevant working experience in the Human Resources field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
