Role Description
We are looking for a full-time HR Executive to join our dynamic and diverse team in Singapore. As an on-site HR Executive, you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions across our regional operations, driving people strategies that support our growth while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions
- Manage performance management cycles and coach supervisors on appraisal processes
- Administer payroll and statutory contributions for Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong operations; ensure compliance with each country's regulations and local labor laws
- Serve as primary point of contact for all MOM surveys; manage employee claims for childcare leave and NSman make-up pay; oversee grant applications including SNEF Age-Friendly Workplace grants
- Review and enhance employee welfare and benefits programs to improve retention and competitiveness; conduct benchmarking exercises and implement improvements aligned with market standards and business objectives
- Manage comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation
- Administer employee benefits and HRIS; implement and update HR policies in alignment with statutory changes and best practices
- Drive people engagement and culture transformation initiatives; lead HR process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency; tailor HR strategies to meet varying needs of each business unit while maintaining centralized governance
- Oversee internal communications including announcements, dialogue sessions, and town halls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as an HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations; familiarity with Malaysia and Hong Kong labor laws is a plus
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple entities including overseas operations is highly advantageous
- Proficiency with HRIS systems; experience with Omni HR or similar platforms is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven track record in employee relations, conflict resolution, and managing compliance matters
