The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing daily HR operations for the security workforce, ensuring compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, PLRD licensing requirements, and company HR policies.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files
Prepare employment contracts, renewal letters, disciplinary warnings, and termination documents
Manage employee confirmations, transfers and resignations
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, PLRD licensing, and security industry standards
Manage work passes, statutory submissions, and regulatory documentation
Support audits and inspections by relevant authorities
Handle disciplinary matters and investigations issue warning letters where required
Advise management on HR policies and disciplinary procedures
Coordinate mandatory training, refresher courses, and licensing renewals
Maintain accurate training records and ensure regulatory compliance
Administer annual performance appraisals and grading in accordance with PWM and security industry standards
Support supervisors in setting KPIs and performance evaluation criteria
Maintain performance records and ensure availability for audits
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience security industry experience preferred
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, PWM, and PLRD audits
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
Able to handle confidential information professionally
