Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Singapore. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and coordinating HR-related initiatives. Additionally, the HR Executive will be involved in enhancing internal processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. As a key player in the HR team, the successful candidate will contribute to building a positive work culture and driving organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and HR Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day human resources activities.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies to foster a positive workplace environment and compliance with regulations.
  • Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices to support organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
