Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jurong West. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing HR management tasks. Daily responsibilities include streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting recruitment efforts, and addressing employee concerns. The HR Executive will also support the organization's strategic workforce initiatives by fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• General knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions and best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within a construction or contracting industry is a plus
