Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
. Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up on hiring decisions.
. Maintain the candidate databas
e and recruitment reports.
Training
. Organise staff training sessions and onboarding programmes.
. Maintain training records and feedback documentation.
. Support the development of training materials.
Staff Dormitories
. Oversee the allocation and maintenance of staff accommodations.
. Handle dormitory-related issues and coordinate with vendors or landlords.
. Maintain occupancy records and related documentation.
Staff Leave Administration
. Manage leave applications and update leave records.
. Ensure leave policies are communicated and followed.
. Generate monthly leave reports.
Requirements
. NITEC or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
. 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts when required.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
. Pleasant, approachable, and comfortable handling routine HR administrative functions.
. Able to start work soon will be an added advantage.
