The Executive, HR will assist in leading HR initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, benefits and compensation and labor relations.

The ideal candidate will drive cultural transformation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while fostering a high-performance workplace. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential to align HR strategies with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Job description:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Manage EHR systems, employee records, and ensure data accuracy and statutory compliance.
  • Administer payroll, attendance records accurately and timely.
  • Process foreign worker matters including WP, SP, EP, visas, insurance, bonds, home leave, and repatriation in compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation such as contracts, appointment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, and termination letters.
  • Administer company insurance, licenses, and medical/dental insurance claims.
  • Handle employee relations issues including grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training, induction programmes, and statutory training requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies (e.g. MOM, IRAS, BCA) including IR8A and surveys.
  • Plan and support staff welfare and recreational activities.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR generalist experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
