Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support the daily HR operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations, and supporting both local and foreign workforce administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Manage monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, and statutory reporting
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with MOM and relevant authorities
- Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel files in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Support employee relations matters, including handling queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and other relevant HR regulations
- Assist in HR administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in Singapore)
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices
- Experience in payroll and work pass administration will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
