In this new role, you will be required to support a critical project during the Day-1 deployment and migration phase, as well as provide Day-2 BAU coordination support to handle user queries during the migration period.
Responsibilities:
The role will focus on coordinating the Job Verification Template process, stakeholder follow-ups, template validation, and tracking/reporting, ensuring that the required information for migration readiness is collected, verified, and tracked in a timely manner.
1. Job Verification Template Coordination
- Manage and maintain the Job Verification Templates required for system onboarding and migration preparation.
- Distribute templates to system owners and application teams.
- Track submissions and monitor return status of templates from stakeholders.
2. Returned Template Compilation and Consolidation
- Compile returned templates from users and consolidate the information into the central project tracking repository.
- Maintain organized records of submitted templates for tracking and reporting purposes.
3. Data Sanity Check and Validation
- Perform basic data sanity checks on submitted templates to ensure completeness, consistency, and correctness of the information provided.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect entries in the templates.
4. Targeted Follow-up and Amendments
- Follow up with specific system owners or users to clarify incomplete or inconsistent information.
- Coordinate with users to update, amend, and resubmit corrected information where required.
5. User Query Management
- Respond to user emails and queries related to Job Verification Templates and migration preparation.
- Provide guidance to users on completing the required templates.
6. Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain a centralized tracking list of submitted, outstanding, and corrected templates.
- Consolidate status updates and prepare progress reports for project management tracking and reporting.
7. Day-2 BAU Support During Day-1 Migration Phase
- Assist in handling user queries and coordination during Day-1 migration activities.
- Support communication between users, engineers, and project teams regarding migration-related matters.
- Track issues, queries, and follow-ups raised by users during the migration phase.
Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data consolidation, tracking lists, filtering, validation, and reporting).
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and track outstanding items across stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for handling user queries and email coordination.
- Ability to perform basic data validation and information checking.
