Position Summary:

The Human Resource Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, internship programmes, work pass administration, HR systems, insurance matters.

  • Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Serve as the key liaison with government authorities (MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc.) on employee matters.
  • Set up HR structure and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding/offboarding processes, and documentation.
  • Handle applications and renewals of employee work passes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update the HR database and employee records for manpower reporting and analytical purposes.
  • Oversee employee insurance and medical benefit schemes, ensuring timely processing and submission of claims.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend actions for organizational improvement.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including office supplies procurement, office maintenance, and vendor/service contract management.
  • Support ad-hoc HR and administrative projects or assignments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.
  • Hands-on experience managing disciplinary cases, grievances, HR policies and HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations practices.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, independent and a team player.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage sensitive issues effectively
