Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, offer preparation).
- Coordinate onboarding process including employment contracts, staff passes, and orientation.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for work pass applications (MOM-related submissions).
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Maintain leave records, claims, and allowance tracking.
- Perform monthly attendance checking and generate costing report.
3. Employee Relations
- Serve as point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and counselling sessions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
4. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation letters.
- Support appraisal cycles and increment/promotion exercises.
- Maintain updated personnel records and documentation.
5. Compliance & Policy Administration
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act and construction sector regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Support audits and internal documentation checks.
6. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain HRIS and employee database.
- Prepare HR reports for management review.
- Support company events and internal communications.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., IHRP-CP/IHRP-SP) will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations is required.
Approximate Years of Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in construction or related industry will be an added advantage.
