Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to take ownership of comprehensive HR operations and support the entire employee lifecycle. This role requires a proactive, people-oriented individual who can collaborate across teams, take initiative, solve problems and drive HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily HR Operations support, managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Administer monthly payroll, including CPF contributions and tax filings
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems with a high level of data accuracy
  • Process and track all government related claims in a timely manner
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and/or cancellations; liaise with Ministry of Manpower on work pass related matters
  • Manage employees queries and resolved HR related issues promptly
  • Coordinate and sourcing training programs to support employee development
  • Enforcing HR policies comply with Employment Act and other relevant labour regulations
  • Provide support for planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events
  • Provide administrative support for office operations as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions with a strong understanding of HR practices and Singapore's employment laws
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with manual payroll is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability build rapport and influence at all levels
  • Highly responsive, people-oriented, and resourceful team player
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a mature, professional demeaner
  • Able to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
