Human Resources Director, Singapore
Frazer Jones has been retained on a confidential basis to appoint a Human Resources Director for a well-established Singapore-based organisation. This is a senior HR leadership position for an experienced HR professional seeking to play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda of a sizeable, unionised business with a significant operational footprint across Singapore.
Reporting to senior business leadership, the successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across a diverse workforce spanning frontline operations and corporate functions. As the organisation continues to strengthen its people capabilities and support future growth, this individual will play a key role in driving workforce planning, talent management, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and leadership development initiatives.
The Human Resources Director will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, partnering closely with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives. The role will oversee the full employee lifecycle and provide leadership across core HR disciplines including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, employee relations and HR compliance. Given the nature of the business, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain a strong presence across operations, foster positive workforce relations and support a high-performing organisational culture.
The ideal candidate will bring significant HR leadership experience gained within complex, operationally intensive environments. You will possess a strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders, leading transformative people initiatives and managing large employee populations. Prior experience supporting geographically dispersed workforces, navigating workforce relations matters and balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution will be highly advantageous.
