Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner to SEA business and retail leaders.
- Drive workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and performance management.
- Own frontline (FOS) recruitment outcomes across Singapore & Thailand.
- Build strong talent pipelines to support retail expansion and operational scale.
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, and payroll coordination across both markets.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore and Thailand labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain strong on-ground engagement with frontline retail teams to drive culture, productivity, and retention.
- Lead change management initiatives aligned to business growth.
Key Requirements
- 812 years of HR experience with strong Retail HRBP exposure.
- Proven experience in Singapore retail is a plus and hands-on exposure to Thailand talent market.
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience balancing strategic HR partnership with operational execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
