About The Team

The Monee Credit & Insurance HRBP team works closely with business leaders to create a thriving, engaged, and high-performing workforce. We operate at the intersection of people and business, supporting our Credit and Insurance business lines in areas such as employee onboarding, engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and organisational development.

Our role is both strategic and hands-on — from keeping a close watch on team sentiment to delivering initiatives that address specific team needs. We collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure company-wide policies and programmes are tailored to our business units.

Job Description

  • Partner with managers from the Monee Credit and Insurance business lines to manage day-to-day HR matters, including (but not limited to) onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management processes
  • Collaborate with Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment teams to adapt and implement company-wide initiatives to meet the specific needs of your assigned teams
  • Support headcount tracking, hiring needs reviews, and workforce planning in partnership with business leaders and the Recruitment team
  • Actively monitor team morale through surveys, feedback channels, and direct interactions; identify potential issues and provide proactive, actionable solutions
  • Support HR data analysis and reporting to assist leaders in making informed decisions
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and employment regulations by working closely with the HR team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in junior business partnering roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams
  • Good problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude
  • Able to adapt quickly to change and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
