Frazer Jones is exclusively appointed on confidential basis by a leading Singaporelisted organisation operating in a fastpaced and innovationdriven sector to appoint a HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner. This is a permanent, fulltime position based in Singapore, with a hybrid work arrangement in place. In this strategically influential role, the successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver the people agenda. With the organisation at an important stage of transformation (detailed plans are in place for 2026-2027), to build future-ready capabilities, this role will play a key part in optimizing foundational HR processes and ensuring the HR function is equipped to support long-term business ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
This individualcontributor position is responsible for endtoend HR business partnering for selected fast-moving BUs. You will take ownership of core HR processes including workforce planning, organisation development, employee lifecycle management, be involved with performance and talent management conversations. While strategic in nature, this role does still require someone who is handson, detailoriented and comfortable operating independently to support leaders with both immediate operational needs and longerterm strategic priorities.
A critical element of the role involves the ability to grasp and understand business drivers, challenge constructively, and influence decisionmaking with databacked insights. You will also play a key role in capability building, driving process consistency, and strengthening HR frameworks that empower managers and enhance organisational effectiveness. You will support culture building, employee engagement, and organisational health initiatives, ensuring that HR contributes meaningfully to performance and business outcomes. As the company continues to embrace digital innovation, the HRBP will also champion communications and the continuous improvement in HR processes and support the adoption of HR technology to enable efficiency and agility.
Ideal Profile
The client seeks a seasoned and accomplished HR Business Partner with prior experience in fastpaced, highgrowth environment. As a guideline, you should bring at least 8 years of HR experience, and candidates from multinational companies are welcome to apply as well. Specifically for this search, the client is open to consider candidates from diverse industries, and the ability to be an astute HRBP and to clearly articulate the impact of your work will take priority.
For instance, prior experience in directly supporting senior leaders, understanding the complexity and business contexts of the issues you have supported/resolved as a HRBP, will all be essential for consideration.
