Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Support
- Support business leaders in executing people strategies that contribute to improved performance and employee experience.
- Participate in analyzing HR trends and metrics to provide input for developing suitable HR programs, policies, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with HRD and HR teams to ensure people initiatives are implemented consistently and effectively across the business unit.
2. Operations
Talent Acquisition
- Participate in recruitment activities for the business unit, including interviewing and evaluating candidates from Intern to Supervisor/Manager level as assigned.
- Support workforce planning by collecting hiring needs, monitoring recruitment progress, and proposing actions to accelerate hiring pipelines.
Workforce & Organization Management
- Maintain and update the organization chart and departmental structure on a regular basis.
- Support compiling departmental objectives and ensuring alignment with overall business planning.
Competency & Career Development
- Assist in coordinating competency framework implementation, promotion assessments, and talent planning activities.
- Build and consolidate training needs for the business unit and create a learning plan aligned with competency requirements.
- Collaborate with HRD to review and approve L&D activities for employees.
Performance Management
- Provide guidance to departments during performance assessment cycles and probation evaluations.
- Support the rollout of new performance evaluation methods when introduced.
- Employee Relations & Business Support
- Support resolving employee relations issues by gathering information, working with relevant stakeholders, and escalating complex cases to HRD.
- Act as a communication bridge between employees and business teams, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Stay updated on market, industry information, and business performance dashboards to provide relevant HR insights.
Competencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English.
Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles (Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist) preferably with exposure to business partnering or HR generalist functions.
- Solid understanding of local employment law and HR practices.
- Experience working in fast-paced companies with 200 employees or more.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
