Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner business leaders as a trusted HR advisor, translating business priorities into people strategies.

  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Support organisational design, transformation, and change management initiatives.

  • Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and employee relations at a strategic level.

  • Use people analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Ensure alignment with global HR frameworks, values, and local labour regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure as an HR Business Partner.

  • Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders in a complex or multinational environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.

  • Marine, maritime, engineering, or technical services industry background preferred.
