Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering hands-on, end-to-end HR support across people leaders, employees, and regional functions. Balance strategic perspective with execution, operating effectively across a diverse, multi-country footprint (Singapore, Vietnam, Dubai, and the US)
  • HR Operations: Own and drive core HR operations, including employment contracts, benefits administration, and payroll; ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Performance Management: Champion a high-performance culture through disciplined performance planning, robust review processes, and clear accountability
  • Talent Management: Partner on talent acquisition efforts and play a key role in building a winning team
  • Systems and Documentation: Lead the development and standardisation of HR playbooks, policies, and operational plans, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with Group standards
  • Ad hoc: Take ownership of special projects and initiatives, demonstrating flexibility, a bias for action, and consistent delivery to high standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business/human resources/business analytics, with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the Financial services industry. Prior experience in management consultancy or a middle-office function will be a plus
  • Results oriented, meticulous and unfazed by exacting standards and high requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Polished, well-presented and emotionally intelligent
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels
  • Strong sense of urgency and prioritisation
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to reprioritise and execute under evolving demands
  • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, matrixed and dynamic environment
  • Numerate and attuned to the business
  • Ambitious, with humility to take feedback and improve continuously
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Administrative Details

Start date: Immediate preferred

Compensation: Competitive base salary

Benefits: Medical insurance; Annual leave

Education: University Degree with good grades/class of honours

Experience: Minimum 8 years of HR operations experience is preferred

Languages: Excellent command of English

Reporting: Head of Human Resources

Travel: Based in Singapore, minimum travel required
