Job Description

We are hiring a versatile Senior HRBP to empower our overseas business growth. Based in Singapore. As a trusted partner to overseas business leaders, you will align HR strategies with business objectives, ensure compliant and efficient HR operations across diverse markets, and drive the development of standardized yet adaptive overseas HR frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment end-to-end: partner with business teams to define talent needs, design sourcing strategies, manage recruitment pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support on-boarding.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of overseas HR systems (e.g., performance management, talent development, compliance processes) to align with global standards and local market requirements.
  • Drive cross-regional HR collaboration: bridge headquarters and overseas teams, facilitate communication, and ensure consistent execution of HR initiatives across APAC/global markets.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to overseas business leaders on talent retention, team development, and organizational effectiveness; address HR-related issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws, local regulations, and cultural norms; update HR systems and processes to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to integrate overseas HR practices into the overall global strategy, contributing to institutionalization and scalability.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields. 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Proven track record in overseas recruitment management and HR system building.
  • Strong institutional building capabilities: experience designing and optimizing HR processes/frameworks.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to diverse market dynamics.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin(written and spoken).
  • Familiar with local labor laws and HR best practices across multiple overseas markets.
