Job Description
HR COE Track
- Support the design and optimization of HR policies, processes, and standards in line with company strategy.
- Enhance team efficiency by improving HR workflows and delivering effective solutions.
HRBP Track
- Partner with business units to diagnose organizational needs and support HR strategy execution.
- Contribute to recruitment, training, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Build positive employee relations and promote an engaging workplace culture.
- Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and cultural values.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above, graduating between Dec 2025 May 2026, any major.
- Clear logical thinking, fast learner, self-driven, data-savvy, and resilient under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with strong service orientation.
- Proactive, responsible, and positive mindset with strong execution abilities.
