About the Role:
We are seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department, primarily in scanning and digitizing physical documents. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality. In addition to document handling, the role may include ad hoc administrative support for other HR tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and digitize HR documents (employee records, contracts, forms, etc.)
- Systematically name, file, and organize scanned documents into digital folders
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of digital files
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (scanning, PDFs, file organization, cloud storage, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Prior office or administrative experience is a plus but not required
- Availability for part-time hours.
