Manage full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc
Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, arranging interview, salary proposal, on boarding process/orientation and exit interview.
Assist to manage employees matters in areas of compensation matters, appraisal for annual increment and performance bonus.
Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc
Processing and timely submission of Form IR21, NS claims, maternity claims, childcare claims, IR21, IR8A etc
Support employees in consultative guidance/mediation on HR policies, practices, and employee relations matters
Manage end-to-end onboarding & offboarding matters including but not limited to email, door access, documents and uniform
Process work pass applications, renewal & cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues.
Provide prompt update and accurate maintenance of employee database, organization charts, personal files as well as medical check-up and work pass renewals.
Assist in coordinating in training programme and liaise with nominated trainees on training requirements.
Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA and other relevant HR reports
Fulfil any government reporting requirements.
MOM Quarterly Survey
Government ad hoc survey on wages or retrenchment
General office administration and management
Manage and supervise the work of HR admin assistants
To undertake other HR function and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement & Professional Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
