Job Summary
You will manage high-volume global HR processes within a process delivery team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of HR data, processes, and transactions using Workday and ServiceNow tools. You will deliver Total Rewards operations including compensation program audits and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume HR transactions accurately and efficiently using Workday and ServiceNow platforms to support global Total Rewards operations
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and transactional processes to ensure compliance with global standards and maintain data integrity Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Total Rewards delivery team
- Support the administration of in-house benefits programs, insurance enrolments, and pension offerings
- Manage system updates and mass data uploads to maintain accurate HR records
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree with minimum 1 year or diploma with 5 years of experience in HR operations or equivalent
- Entry level degree holders with HR internship experience welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate smooth HR operations
