We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant / Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist and administrative functions
Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower policies is an advantage
Experience handling work passes for foreign employees
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus
Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
